1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any SlaukoScript product or service ("the Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all SlaukoScript products:

  • SlaukoBot for Discord
  • SlaukoBot for Twitch (Coming Soon)

2. Description of Services

SlaukoScript provides gaming-related bot services for various platforms. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Drop and loot notifications
  • Game reset reminders
  • Looking for Group (LFG) system
  • Clan and community management tools
  • Gaming session tracking
  • Custom notifications and alerts

When using our Discord bot, you additionally agree to:

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Services in compliance with all applicable platform terms
  • Not abuse, exploit, or misuse our services
  • Not use our bots for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit our systems
  • Not resell or redistribute our services without permission
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Report any security vulnerabilities responsibly

6. Premium Subscriptions

For paid subscription plans:

  • Premium features require an active paid subscription
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Server Plans: Server-based subscriptions are tied to a specific server/channel. If the bot is removed, the subscription remains active but unused until the bot is re-added or the subscription is cancelled.

7. Intellectual Property

All SlaukoScript products, including code, designs, logos, and documentation, are the intellectual property of SlaukoScript. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our software
  • Use our branding without permission
  • Create derivative works based on our services
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices

8. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions, downtime, or maintenance periods
  • Lost data, missed notifications, or delivery failures
  • Actions taken by Discord, Twitch, or game publishers
  • Third-party service outages affecting our functionality
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services:

  • For violations of these terms
  • For abuse or misuse of our services
  • For non-payment of subscription fees
  • At our discretion with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our services. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
